Shipping & Returns

Our made-to-order items are dispatched according to the production times stated in the product description.
For ready-made jewellery the usual dispatch time is approximately 2-3 business days.
We use a tracked courier service (NZ Post) for all orders throughout New Zealand. Our standard courier service does not require a signature upon arrival. If required, please select this option during checkout. If you require specific delivery instructions you can add these on the NZ Post website after receiving your tracking number.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box address we will be in contact for an alternate delivery address which may delay processing or shipping your order. If your order has been lost or damaged please contact us with photographic evidence if applicable and we will be in touch with the next steps.

We currently ship to Australia, Canada and the UK. We have suspended shipping to the USA due to uncertainty around tariffs. We hope to recommence USA shipping in the future.

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and are an estimate only, and do not include any customs related delays.
For international orders, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office to see if these apply before placing your order. If the customer chooses to decline to pay any duties or taxes, we may be charged to have the parcel returned to us; we reserve the right to pass these charges onto the customer by removing them from any refund processed.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to help.
Please note our pierced items such as earrings are non-refundable (for change of mind) due to hygiene purposes.
We do not accept returns and refunds on our sample sales or last chance sales.
For change of mind with items that are not earrings or mentioned above, you have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.
For made-to-order items we reserve the right to only partially refund in order to cover any costs that have already incurred.
Any shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and any refund processed may exclude the initial shipping costs.
If you would like to make an exchange instead of refund the above applies with you paying any difference in price between the items.
If your item is returned to us in used condition, damaged or of unsatisfactory condition to retail as new, we reserve the right to refuse refund.

All of our jewellery has a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing faults and does not include wear and tear, oxidisation, broken chains or lost jewellery.
If in the rare circumstance there is a fault with your jewellery please contact us including your name, order number, details of fault with images and we will get in touch with the next steps for refund or replacement.
If the item is deemed to not be faulty, has been damaged or not been properly cared for (see our jewellery care instructions), we reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement.
