We use bronze and silver for our pendants and charms. Sterling silver, stainless steel, 23k gold-plated sterling silver, and gold-filled are used for our necklace chains and earring hoops, wires and studs.
-
Bronze is a beautiful warm-toned metal that closely resembles gold without the hefty price tag.
You can read more about bronze in our jewellery care section.
-
Our timeframe for making our made-to-order pieces is approximately 2-3 weeks. If you have a date that is sooner than this please get in touch with us. We do our best to accommodate special requests and time sensitive occasions where possible.
-
Our jewellery is individually handmade, resulting in subtle differences between each piece. We use the lost wax casting method, which may leave small casting holes (small dips and indentations) as part of its natural process. Additionally, our hand finishing may leave minor polishing scratches. These characteristics are not flaws and are embraced as part of the handmade process, making your jewellery unique and one of a kind!

Art Prints FAQ
-
Fine art prints (also known as giclée) are high quality reproduction prints of original art works. They are created using premium materials and printing techniques.
They accurately print for colour, detail and textures.
Our prints are printed on demand in Auckland, New Zealand with archival quality inks and museum grade matte paper. All details of prints will be listed in the product description. -
Please allow 2-5 business days for prints to be ready to ship. We will send you a tracking number to track your order.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use an alternative address to reduce delay in your print being made. If a PO Box address is supplied we will contact you for a different address and this may delay your print being shipped.
-
Our fine art (giclée) prints are of archival quality using quality inks on mid-weight acid free paper. With good care they can last a long time.
We recommend to:
Frame behind UV protective glass
Use acid free matting and backing
Display out of direct sunlight, heat and humidity
If storing keep flat in its sleeve, keep in a cool dry place and handle by the edges
Avoid touching the ink and handle with clean dry hands
-
Everyone’s screen is different and colours may have some slight differences from the print.

If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate this if your item is already shipped or your prints have already been printed.
-
Smaller prints are shipped flat in a protective sleeve, with backing board between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and placed in a mailer bag.
Large prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and brown paper and placed in a tube.
-
In the rare circumstance that your print has been lost or damaged during shipping we will arrange a replacement for you.
Please get in touch with us quoting your name, order number and a description with images (if applicable) of what has happened and we will let you know the next steps from there. -
A certificate of authenticity confirms you have a genuine print that has been created by an artist.
It includes the details of the art work, the artist, when the print was made and details of the print.
We recommend placing this in the back of the print when you have it framed, so you don’t lose it. -
